For Candidates:

Nalla Joli’s dedicated team will guide the candidates to find a suitable job according to their taste, education, experience, preference and other choices.

# A valid registration with full details of the candidate along with the prescribed fee is essential for effective placement services.

# Registration fee paid by the candidate is Non-Refundable.

# During the interview process by the Employer, the candidate must attend the same with proper documents and certificates in original.

# Nalla Joli does not interfere in any selection process as it is strictly between the candidate and the Employer.

# Once selected by an employer through our data base, the candidate may share the copy of appointment order to us for confirmation.

# The agreed placement charges shall be paid by the candidate before joining the job in advance.

# The candidate must inform Nalla Joli, his inconvenience to attend the meeting or interview in advance. In case of 3 consecutive failures for attending the interview; the candidate’s resume will be removed from our database

# Nall Joli reserves the right to refuse / discontinue the service to anyone at any point of time if needed.

For Employers:

The team of Nalla Joli helps the employers to choose and fill their vacancies in proper time.

# There is no registration fee for Employers.

# The Employer/client shall pay Nall Joli, the applicable fee as per the agreement between both the parties.

# Nalla Joli does not guarantee for arranging interview/providing a job within a specified period. Short-listing & calling a candidate for interview is solely to the discretion of Nall Joli.

# Nalla Joli does not interfere in any selection process as it is strictly between the employer and the candidate.

# Once a candidate is selected through our data base, the employer may share the copy of appointment order, which is issued to the candidate; to us for our information.

# The employer has to pay the placement fees within 15 days of the joining date by the candidate.

# Nall Joli reserves the right to refuse / discontinue the service to anyone at any point of time if needed.
